Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Service Manager / Workshop Controller, to support our client's continued growth in Poole. In this dual-role, you'll support the delivery of Automotive Services, overseeing the Service Team, Parts Department and Workshop Operations. As a key part of the management team, you'll ensure the delivery of team KPIs, motivate and manage team operations and report directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the service department, ensuring delivery of customer service and acting as a point of escalation for enquiries and complaints.
- Managing the workload for the auto-workshop, ensuring on-time turnaround for all vehicle repairs and services.
- Support all operations, providing a cross-department link for communications.
- Deliver and report on site KPIs.
- Ensure on site health and safety and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Workshop Control or Service Management is essential.
- A strong understanding of remedial and service advisory works in the automotive sector.
- An understanding of Commercial Vehicle Servicing is ideal, though not essential.
Hours: 8:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00 - 12:00
Salary: Β£37,000 to Β£45,000 DOE
