Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for Pensions Administrators on behalf of a fantastic company based near Cosham. In this varied role, you'll assist a growing team with the onboarding of new pensions accounts. You'll be assisting with the vetting of applications and following up in the event of missing information/discrepancies. This role primarily focuses on data entry, so a keen eye for detail and accuracy at speed is absolutely vital. This is not a customer service role!

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of pension applications
  • Data entry into corporate system
  • Document checking
  • Collaborating with team on future process system/improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous Data Entry/Admin experience is essential
  • Experience working within Finance Administration/Pensions/Payroll is essential
  • Great attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of products is vital

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (salary is negotiable depending if you have SIPP experience)

Following successful completion of your training period, hybrid working is available.
