Amour Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sipp Administrator to work for a fantastic company near Portsmouth.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up member records and issuing welcome information
- Contribution processing
- Processing and calculating pension benefits
- Payment of benefits using payroll systems and monitoring ongoing pension benefit cases
- Bank reconciliation and payment processing
- Death benefit calculations
- Participating in annual projects such as tax code uplifts, regulatory reporting, residency tax status updates
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen listener and capable of following instructions
- Calm and positive under pressure
- Proficient IT skills
- Pension qualifications/experience is a must
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week are standard for full-time, but happy to look at part-time hours if you have the relevant experience.
Suggested fulltime hours are (Apply online only) with 30mins lunch, however specific hours can be agreed with the Team Manager.
Hybrid can be offered after training/probation.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (happy to negoatiate depending on relevant experience)
