Amour Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity for a CNC Programmer to join our client in Havant! Due to the expansion of the business we are seeking a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator with Mazak experience to join a fun and innovative team.
Job Responsibilities:
- To set and program Mazak Mill/turn (twin spindle), Mazak 3 axis Mill, XYZ Lath/Mill
- To be able to interpret Engineering drawings and to self-inspect.
- To program offline using Solid Cam
- Skill in planning methods of machining
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, ensuring minimal downtime
Job Requirements:
- Proven CNC Programmer, ideally Mazatrol
- Extensive knowledge of tooling selection, cutting parameters and machining techniques
- Experience Mill/Turn with twin spindles, 3 axis machining
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
