Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a CNC Turner/Programmer on behalf of a family run engineering company based in Havant. In this exciting position, you'll support a busy production operation, assisting a growing team with the Programming, Setting and Operating of CNC turning Machines. You'll need to be familiar with Siemens systems, and have a flexible attitude to working, with a willingness to do overtime (which is paid time and half!).

Responsibilities:

  • Programming, Setting and Operating CNC lathes using Siemens controls.
  • Creating and modifying CNC programs to optimize efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor maintenance.
  • Setting up tooling and fixtures for production runs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Turner/Programmer in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in Siemens controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
