Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Co-ordinator to work for a fantastic company based in Gosport. You will be a confident individual as the role will include dealing with new and existing customers.
Duties include:
- Implementing and attending first order meetings
- Keeping customers informed of any changes to their orders, including changes to delivery schedule
- Preparation of quotations
- Processing, monitoring and follow up of customer quality complaints
- Daily Credit Control
- Implementation of New Account Forms
Personal requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Previous customer support/account management experience is a must
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to think on your feet, be resilient and confident when dealing with customers
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37 hours a week between 0830 - 1730 (flexibility on start and finish time between these hours is offered)
Salary: £24,500 - £26,500
