Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work for a growing company based near Fareham. You will play a crucial role in their business by managing and maintaining properties in their Portsmouth North portfolio.
Duties:
- Oversee the maintenance of the portfolio
- Conduct routine inspections
- Conduct the entire checkout process, including checkouts, deposit returns, closing accounts
- Inventories for ingoing tenants
- Chase outstanding rental income
- Assist with implementing legislation changes
Personal requirements:
- Previous Property Management experience essential
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Awareness of property management processes and legislation
- A complete, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to the role
Hours: Monday to Friday (office based)
Salary: £28,000 plus £6,300 commission made up of tenant retention and arrears management.
