Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Directors, you will take ownership of all vehicle sales across their group territory, overseeing new and used vehicle sales and contract hire.
- Your mission: drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites, while ensuring alignment with manufacturer and dealer objectives.
- You will lead the execution of sales strategy, manage performance, optimise operational processes, and maintain strong manufacturer relationships, all while motivating a high‑performing sales team to exceed targets.
