Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to work for a growing company based in Emsworth. This role is pivotal in supporting the continued business’ growth strategy by delivering and implementing new orders.
Duties include:
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations
- Lead monthly management reporting
- Drive improvements in processes
- Manage a Finance Administrator who is responsible for invoicing, ledgers & credit control
- Cash flow analysis
- Account reconciliation
Personal requirements:
- They are moving from Xero to Sage50, so looking for someone who has experience of migrating systems and has a strong working knowledge of Sage.
- This would suit someone in the prime of their career working with a Managing Director who is fast-paced and driven.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700 (office based initially but hybrid can be offered in the future).
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000.
Benefits: 28 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays), Free Parking, Company Pension Scheme, Private Health Care.
