Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Shipping Company in Portsmouth!

Join theDistribution & Planning Team as a General Cargo Coordinator!

Hours: 40 Hours a week – Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (occasional Saturday work if needed) Based in the office and Warehouse.

Salary: Up to £35K DOE

We\’re looking for an organised and experienced individual to manage bookings, coordinate customs processes, and be the key contact for customers and hauliers.

What You’ll Do:

Handle general cargo bookings and customer queries

Update internal and external systems

Coordinate customs processes for the External Temporary Storage Facility (ETSF)

What You’ll Need:

Solid IT and Excel skills

Knowledge of customs procedures, container planning & stock control

Experience with warehouse/terminal systems

Great communication and organisation skills

Forklift & driving licence (preferred, training available)
