Amour Recruitment is delighted to be exclusively recruiting for our client based in Littlehampton who is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper.

Reporting directly to the business owner and ideally working a minimum of 25 hours a week, with the flexibility to assist if and when the business needs, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the finance function and supporting the smooth running of daily business activities.

Duties include:

  • Managing Ledgers and processing invoices
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Producing financial reporting
  • Recording day to day financial transactions
  • Production of management and year end accounts.

Personal requirements:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience is a must
  • Confident with Sage 200
  • Happy to work in the office (no remote work offered!)
  • Able to work in a standalone finance position (will taking this role over from an outsource company)

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 25 hours a week with flexibility

Salary : Pro rata £31,200 (£16 an hour)
