AMOT is a leading global manufacturer of control, safety and hazardous area solutions for engines, compressors, turbines and other rotating equipment in the oil and gas, marine, power generation and transport industries.

Supporting the Senior Compliance Engineer, working under limited supervision, carry out basic product and material compliance assessments, prepare supplier substance declarations, manage supplier declaration returns. Document and produce and maintain audit trail of compliance, regularly review changes to controlled substances lists. Provide other administrative support as required to support product compliance for other regulations globally.

What do you need?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant administrative experience, preferably in an engineering or technical environment, with documentation control and support.
  • Experience of ERP systems, and document management software.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • A good standard of education with a minimum of GCSE, Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer).

It’s desirable you come from an engineering background and are able to read engineering drawings and have the ability to use CAD software, however full training will be given to the right applicant.
