We are looking for a Content Writer to join our Content & Marketing team, based in West Didsbury, Manchester. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on written content creation, supporting B2B marketing, sales activity, employer branding, and wider business initiatives.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Recruitment, Talent Attraction, and People & ESG to turn ideas, research, and business priorities into clear, engaging, high-quality content. While writing is the core focus, you will also support other creative formats including newsletters, presentations, videos, podcasts, and basic design work.
This role is ideal for someone early in their content career who enjoys writing, collaborating, and managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Written Content Creation
- Create high-quality written content including blog articles, website copy, reports, downloadable assets, sales collateral, email campaigns, and video scripts.
- Support the creation of market reports using existing research and internal insight.
- Plan and manage content for regular sales and marketing email campaigns (RTMs).
- Support the creation of presentations, one-pagers, website updates, and social media content.
- Assist with video and podcast production, including filming coordination and basic editing.
- Create simple visual assets using tools such as Canva.
- Work with external suppliers and internal teams to support content initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather information and develop content.
- Collaborate with the wider Content & Marketing team on campaigns and ideas.
- Support content planning and ensure deadlines are met.
- Help maintain and update content on company websites and internal platforms.
- Provide flexible support to the Content team as required.
Some professional or practical experience in content creation or copywriting (blogs, websites, emails, reports, scripts, etc.)
Fluent in English
Experience creating B2B or professional content
Experience in recruitment, consulting, HR, or professional services content
Basic video or podcast editing experience
