What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound sales and business development calls to prospective clients
- Winning new projects and building relationships with hiring managers
- Headhunting and sourcing top talent using LinkedIn and job boards
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle: from job brief to candidate placement
- Writing job adverts and building your brand through social media content
- Meeting clients face-to-face across the UK and Europe (recent trips include USA, Portugal, Sweden, and Denmark)
