We are expanding our successful team at Amoria Bond and are looking to speak with ambitious individuals with 12+ months Recruitment experience to join our team! This role is to work on either our European, UK or US markets within our Advanced Engineering or Renewable Energy Team. What will I be doing?

  • Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on
  • Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients' projects
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
  • Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers
  • Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with current employees travelling to USA, Portugal, Sweden & Denmark, etc. to meet their clients!

We are hiring for our UK, European and US markets and even offer the opportunity of relocation options in the future to our global offices PLUS the opportunity to relocate to our new US based office towards the end of this year!
