At Amoria Group, we're embarking on an exciting transformation programme within our Transactional Finance function.
As part of a strategic business initiative, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help shape, streamline and future-proof the way our department operates.
This isn't a traditional finance role.
Instead, you'll work closely with the Head of Transactional Finance to lead projects that improve processes, strengthen governance and documentation, and drive operational excellence.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the function is scalable, efficient and well-positioned for future growth.

- What you'll be doing
- Lead and coordinate multiple transformation projects across the Transactional Finance function.
- Review and improve existing processes, identifying opportunities to simplify and standardise ways of working.
- Develop clear process documentation, governance frameworks and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to embed new processes and drive adoption.
- Track project milestones, risks and dependencies, ensuring delivery remains on schedule.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, measure success and support informed decision making.
- Explore opportunities to introduce automation and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both team performance and the overall employee experience.
What we're looking for
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds including Project Management, PMO, Shared Services, Finance Transformation, Business Improvement, Operational Excellence or Process Improvement.
You'll likely have
- Experience managing business transformation or process improvement projects.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to analyse processes and implement practical improvements.
- Experience creating process maps, documentation and governance frameworks.
- Confidence working across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience using data to drive decisions and measure project outcomes.
- Exposure to automation, AI tools or digital transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
