We are expanding our consulting team at Amoria Bond and are looking to speak with experienced Recruitment Consultants who are ready to take ownership of a 360 role within our European Engineering and Renewable Energy markets. This is an opportunity to develop an international desk, working across established and emerging European markets within either Advanced Engineering or Energy. You will be building long-term client relationships, delivering specialist talent solutions, and operating in a highly consultative, high-performance environment. This role is suited to recruiters who are confident in business development and delivery, and who are motivated by international exposure, market growth, and strong earning potential.
About the role
This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position focused on developing and growing a European market desk. You will be responsible for building and managing your own client portfolio across Europe, acting as a trusted partner to clients and delivering tailored recruitment solutions within engineering and energy sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business across European engineering or energy markets
- Building and maintaining a specialist European client portfolio
- Acting as a consultative partner on cross-border hiring and workforce needs
- Headhunting and engaging specialist technical candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to placement
- Developing and executing your own European market strategy
- Building long-term relationships with international clients and candidates
- Working across multiple European territories and industries
About you
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have at least 12 months recruitment experience in a 360 or sales-driven role
- Are confident in business development and international client engagement
- Take a consultative, relationship-led approach to recruitment
- Are commercially driven and motivated by performance and earnings
- Can build credibility with clients across different European markets
- Are interested in international recruitment and cross-border opportunities
- Want to develop a long-term career within Engineering or Energy sectors
