We’re looking for a Dutch or German‑Speaking Placement Governance Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring our placement and compliance processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently across the business. About the Role

As a Placement Governance Administrator, you’ll act as a key control point within the placement lifecycle, ensuring all placement data, contracts and compliance requirements meet business standards before progressing through the process. You’ll work closely with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Pay & Bill teams to ensure placements are accurate, compliant and audit‑ready at every stage. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to challenge and resolve issues where needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Data Administration
    • Create, maintain and update placement, client and candidate records within the CRM system
    • Ensure all master data is accurate, complete and aligned to internal standards
    • Identify and resolve data issues before downstream processing
  • Placement Review & Governance
    • Review placement information prior to Pay & Bill handover
    • Validate key details including rates, dates, terms and compliance requirements
    • Act as a quality control checkpoint to minimise errors and delays
    • Approve, hold or return placements where standards are not met
  • Compliance Administration
    • Review and monitor compliance requirements for each placement
    • Chase outstanding compliance documentation with consultants and stakeholders
    • Maintain accurate and auditable compliance records
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams
    • Escalate recurring issues or non‑compliance where appropriate
    • Support continuous improvement across placement processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to speak either Dutch or German (written and verbal) to at least A-level standard or equivalent - full fluency is not required
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data management is desirable
  • Previous experience within recruitment, compliance, operations or administration is advantageous
