Amoria Group is expanding and seeking ambitious individuals to join our Manchester office as Associate Consultants. This role is ideal for recent graduates or career changers looking to enter a high-growth recruitment industry. You will work with Advanced Engineering or Renewable Energy clients across the US markets. Working hours are 12:00 to 21:00.
Responsibilities
- Make sales and business development calls to clients to secure job vacancies
- Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Write job adverts and create content to develop your personal brand
- Travel internationally to meet clients
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: £26,100 per year
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1: £35k–£40k; Year 2: £60k+; Year 3: £100k+
