Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with current employees travelling to USA, Portugal, Sweden
