The Opportunity
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll focus on sourcing, engaging and managing specialist candidates across the US data centre market. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll play a key role in supporting major projects and building long‑term talent networks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging specialist professionals within the US data centre sector
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and industry experts
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Developing talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records and processes
