This is a candidate‑focused delivery role where you will specialise in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and relationship management. You will work closely with established, high‑value clients across the US, supporting critical hiring needs in a rapidly expanding global industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with established, high‑profile clients to understand their hiring requirements
- Source, screen, and qualify high‑quality candidates across the US market
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial outreach through to offer and placement
- Work closely with Business Development Consultants who manage client relationships
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships within your specialist market
- Create and publish engaging job adverts across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Use social media and proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
