We are looking for a German-Speaking Placement Governance Administrator to join our growing team at Amoria Group. This is a key operational role within our Placement Governance function, ensuring that placement data, compliance requirements and contractual information are accurate, complete and processed in line with internal standards before progressing through the business. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical part in maintaining data integrity, supporting compliance excellence and ensuring smooth downstream processing across Sales, Legal, Compliance and Pay & Bill teams.
As a Placement Governance Administrator, you will act as a key control point within the placement lifecycle. You will review, validate and maintain placement information, ensuring all records meet required standards before they move into financial processing. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, improve data quality and ensure full compliance across all placement activity.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, candidate and placement records within the CRM system
- Ensure all master data is complete, consistent and aligned with internal governance standards
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies before downstream processing
- Review placement information prior to Pay & Bill handover
- Validate key details including rates, start and end dates, contractual terms and compliance requirements
- Act as a quality assurance checkpoint to reduce errors and processing delays
- Approve, hold or return placements where required standards are not met
- Monitor and review placement compliance requirements
- Chase outstanding documentation with consultants and relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, auditable compliance records at all times
- Work closely with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams
- Escalate recurring issues and support resolution of non-compliance risks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of placement governance processes
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and verbal) are essential
- Strong administrative and organisational ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communicator with a professional and proactive approach
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to challenge and resolve issues appropriately
- Experience working with CRM systems and data management tools is desirable
- Background in recruitment, compliance, operations or administration is advantageous
