We're looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our growing US Data Centre Team. This is an entry-level opportunity offering structured training, clear career progression and uncapped earning potential.

The Opportunity

As a 180 Delivery Consultant, you'll focus on sourcing, engaging and managing specialist candidates across the US data centre market. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll play a key role in supporting major projects and building long‑term talent networks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and engaging specialist professionals within the US data centre sector
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and industry experts
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Developing talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
• Maintaining accurate and compliant records and processes
• Building expertise within a rapidly expanding market
• Collaborating with a high‑performing and supportive team
