We’re looking for a Content Writer to join our growing Content & Marketing team at Amoria Group. This is a hands‑on writing role where you’ll create engaging, high‑quality content that supports B2B marketing, sales activity, employer branding, and wider business initiatives. You’ll collaborate with teams across Sales, Recruitment, Talent Attraction, and People & ESG to turn ideas, insights, and research into compelling content. This role is ideal for someone early in their content career who loves writing, enjoys collaboration, and thrives in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Writing blogs, website copy, reports, downloadable assets, sales collateral, email campaigns, and video scripts
- Supporting the creation of market reports using internal insight and research
- Planning and managing content for sales & marketing email campaigns (RTMs)
- Writing and managing newsletters and internal/external communications
- Creative & content support
- Supporting presentations, one‑pagers, website updates, and social content
- Assisting with video and podcast production (including filming coordination and basic editing)
- Creating simple visual assets using tools like Canva
- Working with internal teams and external suppliers on content projects
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business
- Collaborating with the wider Content & Marketing team on campaigns and ideas
- Managing deadlines and multiple projects at once
What we’re looking for:
- Some professional or practical experience in content creation or copywriting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams
- B2B or professional services content experience
- Canva or basic design tools
- CMS experience
