Overview
We’re looking for proactive graduates to train as recruitment consultants who will work with clients across the UK and Europe. Amoria Bond provides world-class training, clear progression, and the opportunity to develop your career in a global consultancy environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients
- Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates
- Writing job adverts and managing applications
- Running the full 360° consultancy process from client brief to placement
- Building long-term client and candidate relationships
- Creating social media content to grow your personal brand
- Travelling to meet clients – recent destinations include Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, and the USA
What You’ll Get
- £26,100 base salary + uncapped commission
- OTE £45k+ in your first year, with top performers earning £200k+
