Are you a strategic hunter with deep roots in the C5ISR military market? Do you have strong DoD and prime contractor relationships and a track record of capturing significant new business? If so, we’d like to connect.

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth across key defense accounts within your assigned region. You’ll work closely with cross-functional business unit leaders to strengthen customer relationships, increase market visibility, and expand strategic opportunities. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role requiring extensive regional travel.

Tasks:

  • Identify, pursue, and capture new strategic accounts
  • Increase engagement and presence within key defense customers
  • Expand account footprint by introducing new products and capabilities
  • Develop and execute capture plans that convert to significant order wins
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with DoD and prime contractor/OEM stakeholders

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience selling into the military market (ideally in the C5ISR market)
  • Proven success developing and executing capture strategies
  • Strong understanding of land, air, and sea platforms, including fleet-wide upgrade opportunities
  • Knowledge of aerospace & defense systems, open standards, and DoD procurement processes
  • BS degree (technical preferred) or equivalent military education
