Location: Manchester and supported international mobility. Travel to meet clients across the UK and Europe may be required.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Developing new business by making outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Building strong relationships and offering staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Writing job adverts and sourcing high-quality candidates via job boards and LinkedIn.
• Managing interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Traveling to meet clients across the UK and Europe (recent destinations include Sweden, USA, Portugal, and Denmark).
