The Amazon UK Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing our Amazon business in the UK market. This role oversees day-to-day Amazon operations, sales performance, content optimisation, and demand planning while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, finance, and external agencies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with 1P or 3P Amazon models and a strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals.

  • Account Management
    • Oversee product catalogue accuracy, ASIN creation, PDP content, A+ pages, Brand Store, and overall catalogue health.
    • Coordinate with Amazon Vendor Managers or Seller Managers to optimise business operations and drive growth.
    • Support new product launches through seamless setup, merchandising, and operational readiness.
  • Sales & Business Performance
    • Analyse weekly and monthly performance to identify growth drivers, risks, and corrective actions.
    • Work closely with supply chain to manage forecasts, purchase orders, stock availability, and replenishment cycles.
    • Lead promotional planning and execution (Deals, Coupons, Prime events, Black Friday, etc.).
    • Deliver against aggressive growth targets and commercial KPIs.
    • Monitor inventory levels, inbound/outbound performance, lead times, and out-of-stock risks.
    • Improve operational processes through continuous collaboration with logistics, customer service, and supply chain.
    • Optimise campaigns to deliver strong ROAS, visibility, and category performance.
    • Ensure consistency in brand representation across PDPs, Brand Stores, and in-platform merchandising.
    • Collaborate with brand teams on go-to-market strategies tailored to the Amazon channel.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for internal stakeholders and leadership.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon account management (Vendor Central or Seller Central).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon 1P and/or 3P operational models, retail systems, and marketplace mechanics.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
  • Ownership mentality – capable of managing the Amazon account independently while receiving support from the broader sales team.
