Job Summary: Reporting to the Key Account Manager (eCommerce), the E-commerce Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of key retail accounts. This role will involve coordinating across multiple teams, maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing, sales, and operational strategies.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with external retail partners, ensuring clear, professional communication via email, regular meetings, and retailer visits.
- Manage new and existing product launches, including New Line Form creation, tracking post-launch performance, and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Update and maintain the Retailer Sales Dashboard, analysing key performance metrics and trends to generate insights, track business performance, and identify areas for optimisation and improvement.
- Assist in weekly and monthly reporting, presenting actionable insights and solutions to the team.
- Track retailer and competitor activity to identify market trends, assess competitive positioning, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Recommend marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with the Key Account Manager to align strategies with business objectives and drive brand visibility.
- Develop and align the GWP & promotional calendar, coordinating with internal teams and retail partners to maximise impact during key events such as Black Friday, seasonal campaigns, and product promotions.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain and Order Management teams, tracking replenishment orders to ensure smooth stock flow and availability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Brand, Creative, Sales, and Marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
- Support the development and implementation of the long-term eCommerce Roadmap, working towards clearly defined growth objectives and identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.
Qualification and Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience assisting with Key Accounts or Beauty Buying, preferably working with retailers such as Look Fantastic, Cult Beauty, Beauty Bay and ASOS.
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- BA or higher degree in Business, Marketing or Management; MBA a plus.
- Strong financial and analytical background.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
- Able to work under pressure & tight schedule.
