Job Summary: We are looking for a commercially driven Brand Manager to take ownership of brand performance in the UK market. This role is responsible for leading brand strategy, managing product and marketing plans, and driving growth through strong execution and data-led decision making. Operating within a lean team, this is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery across product, marketing, and retail channels.
Principal Accountabilities
- Brand Strategy & Business Ownership
- Own and deliver annual brand plan aligned with UK market objectives
- Manage brand P&L and A&P budget, including tracking and optimisation
- Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
- Lead brand reporting and presentations for internal and HQ stakeholders
- Partner with KAMs to align brand and retail strategies
- Own product assortment strategy and lifecycle management
- Lead new product launches, including forecasting and stock planning
- Analyse product performance and drive optimisation decisions
- Manage local pricing execution
- Coordinate with HQ on product timelines, assets, and requirements
- Marketing & Campaigns (IMC)
- Own and execute annual marketing calendar across all channels
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across PR, retail, and digital
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Work with agencies and internal teams on briefing and execution
- Track and analyse campaign performance
- Retail & Market Performance
- Collaborate with KAMs to support retailer activations and launches
- Ensure strong in-store visibility and alignment with brand guidelines
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Budget & Agency Management
- Own and manage marketing and media budgets
- Monitor ROI and ensure effective budget allocation
- Oversee paid media planning, execution, and performance.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing management, with at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution
- Commercially driven and confident working with data and budgets
- Strong experience in brand management, business strategy, and marketing operations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
