The Amazon UK Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing our Amazon business in the UK market. This role oversees day-to-day Amazon operations, sales performance, content optimisation, and demand planning while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, finance, and external agencies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with 1P or 3P Amazon models and a strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Account Management: Manage daily operations across Amazon 1P/3P channels in the UK, ensuring smooth and accurate execution. Oversee product catalogue accuracy, ASIN creation, PDP content, A+ pages, Brand Store, and overall catalogue health. Coordinate with Amazon Vendor Managers or Seller Managers to optimise business operations and drive growth. Support new product launches through seamless setup, merchandising, and operational readiness. Maintain strong relationships with Amazon contacts, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Sales & Business Performance: Monitor sell-in, sell-out, pricing, Buy Box share, and profitability KPIs. Analyse weekly and monthly performance to identify growth drivers, risks, and corrective actions. Work closely with supply chain to manage forecasts, purchase orders, stock availability, and replenishment cycles. Lead promotional planning and execution (Deals, Coupons, Prime events, Black Friday, etc.). Deliver against aggressive growth targets and commercial KPIs.
  • Operations & Logistics: Monitor inventory levels, inbound/outbound performance, lead times, and out-of-stock risks. Manage operational issues such as chargebacks, shortages, and compliance discrepancies in coordination with internal teams. Ensure products comply with Amazon requirements and UK market-specific regulations. Improve operational processes through continuous collaboration with logistics, customer service, and supply chain.
  • Advertising & Marketing Activation: Partner with marketing and media teams to execute Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads, DSP) strategies. Optimise campaigns to deliver strong ROAS, visibility, and category performance. Ensure consistency in brand representation across PDPs, Brand Stores, and in-platform merchandising. Collaborate with brand teams on go-to-market strategies tailored to the Amazon channel.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for internal stakeholders and leadership. Consolidate insights from Amazon tools, agency partners, and marketplace analytics. Conduct competitive analyses to monitor pricing, product rankings, reviews, and competitor activity. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and operational efficiency.
Qualification and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon account management (Vendor Central or Seller Central).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon 1P and/or 3P operational models, retail systems, and marketplace mechanics.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Amazon Premium Beauty and Amazon EU preferable.
Skill Sets
  • Expertise in Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with Amazon representatives, external partners, and internal teams (e.g., Brand, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Ownership mentality – capable of managing the Amazon account independently while receiving support from the broader sales team.
  • Interest in the beauty industry is an added advantage.

Salary Range: £40,000 PA to £50,000 PA
