Minimum Experience: 8+ Years (Beauty / Personal Care Industry)

Responsible for overseeing integrated marketing programs across all product categories and channels, leading CSR campaigns, and conducting competitive analyses. This role includes managing the marketing calendar, supporting daily operational tasks, and collaborating with Sales, PR, and HQ to enhance brand awareness and drive growth. Seeking a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to develop and implement marketing strategies that amplify market presence and support product launches.

  • Strategic Development and Implementation: Develop and implement mid-to-long-term brand strategies, and oversee brand distribution strategy.
  • Financial and Business Planning: Manage annual business planning, P&L management, and A&P budget, including execution and reporting.
  • Retail and Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct annual business negotiations with retailers and support new business development initiatives, in collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAM).
  • Marketing and Campaign Execution: Develop and execute the brand marketing calendar, detailing product and brand campaign launches, promotional activities, and sampling initiatives across all consumer touchpoints, while providing support for retailer media planning.
  • Pricing Management: Oversee local pricing and develop local pricing strategies.
  • Coordination with HQ: Liaise with HQ on local market support, ensuring the timely development of products, packaging, copy, claims testing, global assets for new products, and confirmation of new product pricing and order quantities.
  • Marketing Communications (MC) Strategy: Set up the aligned yearly marketing calendar. Develop and support local Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategies. Oversee retailer’s marketing programs and COOP budgets. Use available data to make informed decisions on campaign focus and subsequently lead the development and briefing of marketing meeting decks and 360 go-to-market plans.
  • Product Performance and Analysis: Conduct engine product management and performance analysis for products and franchises.
  • Market and Competitor Research: Conduct market and competitor research, covering competitor activities, market trends, local Retail Sales Price (RSP), and distribution reports.
  • Media Planning and Strategy Coordination: Collaborate with PR specialists and retailers on media strategies, including Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plans and Own Media Initiatives (e.g., Content Management: Work with HQ to develop enhanced marketing content for digital and social platforms. Manage asset delivery and execution. Oversee PR specialists and other local agencies for press releases and communication activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly marketing and sales reports, conduct market trend analysis, and monitor competitive launches and activities.
  • Event Participation and Influencer Engagement: Participate in brand events (press launches, influencer events, consumer activations) and maintain connections with influencers in the beauty and lifestyle sector to support brand networking efforts.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing management, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry. Strong experience in brand management, business strategy, and marketing operations. Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies. Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
