The Amazon Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing our Amazon business across European markets. This role oversees day-to-day Amazon operations, sales performance, content optimization, and demand planning while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, finance, and external agencies.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with 1P or 3P Amazon models and a strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals.
Missions:- Manage daily operations across Amazon 1P/3P channels in Europe, ensuring smooth execution.
- Oversee product catalog accuracy, ASIN creation, PDP content, A+ pages, Brand Store, and overall catalog health.
- Coordinate with Amazon Vendor Managers or Seller Managers to optimize business operations and growth.
- Support new product launches through seamless setup, merchandising, and operational readiness.
- Maintain strong relationships with Amazon contacts, agencies, and internal teams.
Additional qualifications include:
- Sales experience with reporting tools or SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Part of Amorepacific EMEA Regional HQ. Potential to expand scope as the Amazon business and brand portfolio grow. Occasional European travel may be required.
