Overview
Amore Complex Care — Support Worker: LIVERPOOL
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and outgoing support worker to support a gentleman in his 30s.
Note: we don’t offer sponsorship, and candidates must have a right to work in the UK
Key details
- Role: Male Support workers
- Location: LIVERPOOL
- Salary: £12.75
- Shifts: 6 hour days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Key responsibilities and requirements
- Competent verbal and written English
- Must have experience within health and social care settings
Meet the person you’ll be supporting
- What challenges do I have? I have Mild LD, and challenging behaviour
- What activities do I like to do? I like to go out for walks and into the community, and into the city; I often use public transport.
Team and shift information
- How many people support me at one time? I am supported on a 2:1 basis throughout the day
- What shift patterns do my team do? 6 hour days – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Aspirations: I want to feel safe in the community, understand how to use public transport
