Role: Male Support Worker
Location: L11 Noris Green
Pay: £14.57 per hour (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Shifts: I have both day shifts and night shifts 8 am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am
Meet the person you’ll be supporting:
- Who am I and how old am I? I’m young female
- Likes: being out in the community, reading and going swimming
- What challenges do I have? I have ASD and Learning Disabilities, I do struggle with Challenging behaviours and I can also struggle in certain social settings. I’m limited with my verbal communication.
What are my aspirations?
- What are some of my long-term goals? I want to go out in the community more, and have a team who can help me with my anxiety.
My team
- How many people support me at one time – I am supported on a 2:1 day and night.
- What I like – I enjoy meeting people who are calm and patient who also can engage and have fun with me
- What shift patterns do my team do – Both day and waking night shifts

- Confident personalities who are patient and can speak clearly with good communication
- Positive outlook and sociable personality
- Experience in Health and Social Care
