- Location – Standish
- Salary – £15.13 per hour inclusive of holiday entitlement
- Shifts – 08:00 – 22:00 day shifts and 22:00 – 08:00 waking nights
- Expected hours – From 36 hours per week

- Who am I? I am a gentleman in my 20s.
- What challenges do I have? I am diagnosed with Autism and ADHD.
- How would I describe myself? I am energetic and love to go out, I have a dry sense of humour.
- What do I enjoy? I like playing XBOX, watching football, I support Liverpool, seeing my family and listening to RNB & Rap.
- What types of people do I get along with? I get on well with chatty staff who can have a laugh with me.
- My aspirations are to have a settled team, get out into the community and become more physically active.
Team details
- How many people support me at one time? I am supported on a 4:1 basis throughout the day, and during the night shift it is a 3:1.
- What shift patterns do my team do? My shift patterns are Long Day 08:00 – 22:00 and Waking night 22:00 – 08:00.

- This role does not involve travel between multiple sites during one shift. Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives.

It is a requirement to provide an overseas police check dated within the last 3 months of being in the UK; if you have been outside of the UK for longer than a year in the last 10 years.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Assist in the leadership, support and supervision of a small staff team.
- Rota management on an equitable basis for all team members for high staff retention.
- Introduce new staff on a planned induction which will include meet and greets, shadow shifts and de-briefing with client and staff after planned induction.
- Support to the team via telephone, email, or text as and when required.
- Health and safety compliance for clients and support workers.
- Medication management including ordering, disposal, administration including checking of MAR sheets and medication daily counts.
- Ensure staff are trained in all aspects to support the client safely and identify additional training needs through supervision supported by your line manager.
- Ensuring medical and other appointments are planned, documented and attended by the client.
- Ensuring any professional requests are met.
- Ensuring Amore Group's policies and procedures are always adhered to personally and by team members.
- Conducting team meetings and attending MDT meetings.
- Ensuring safeguarding policies are adhered to and maintained.
- Maintaining and implementing records, such as daily logs, care plans, risk assessments, protocols, and any other required documentation.
- To oversee and ensure that all finances within the houses are accurate and audited daily.
- To be responsible for the implementation of household and financial structures that may be required for the individual client.
- To liaise with Amore regarding any concerns or changes that would adversely affect the client.
- Leasing with family and where appropriate informing Amore of any concerns.
- Reporting any errors to Amore with immediate effect.
- Ensuring open lines of communication with all stakeholders, including but not limited to health professionals, Amore Group, legal representatives etc.
