"After working in infection control and rehab settings, I joined Amore as a Support Worker to provide 1-1 care for a gentleman with complex needs including autism and learning disabilities. The support and feedback from colleagues helped me settle in. I later advanced to a Senior Complex Care Case Officer, which involves working with a team in a dynamic environment.
