Who am I? I am 34 years old.

What challenges do I have? I am diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and mild LD.

How would I describe myself? I am sociable and friendly, I have good relationships with my family and friends.

What types of people do I get along with? I would like a supportive team, who will enable me to follow my religious practices and achieve my goals.

What do I like doing? I like baking, swimming, cycling and going out to the pub with friends. I keep a Kosher home, and would like to attend a synagogue in the future.

Support Environment

How many people support me at one time? I am supported on a 1:1 basis throughout the day, and during the sleep shift.

What shift patterns do my team do? My shift patterns are 08:00 am - 23:00 and sleep.
