Meet the person you’ll be supporting

Who am I? I am a gentleman in my 20s.

What challenges do I have? I am diagnosed with Athetoid cerebral palsy, severe learning disability. I have diabetes and I’m non-verbal and wheelchair user.

How would I describe myself? I am a family man with a good sense of humour.

What types of people do I get along with? I get on well with chatty staff who can have a laugh with me. I also have 2 pet dogs.

My team

How many people support me at one time? I am supported on a 1:1 basis throughout the day, and during the night shift.

What shift patterns do my team do? My shift patterns are 08:00 am – 20:00 and Waking night 20:00 – 08:00.

As a company we are unable to offer sponsorship for overseas candidates. Applicants must have proof of right to work in the UK. It is a requirement to provide an overseas police check dated within the last 3 months of being in the UK; if you have been outside of the UK for longer than a year in the last 10 years.
