Amore Complex Care are looking for versatile and flexible bank support workers to provide cover across a small cluster of closely related services in the Northwest Region. If you enjoy meeting new people, working in different places, and growing your experience, this role will give you the chance to do all these things, whilst making a positive impact on someone's life.
This role will offer you the flexibility to choose the days you want to work to suit your own hectic lifestyles. You can work additional hours in the weeks where you have more days free to help save for a holiday or for a rainy day. Some of our services can be challenging but if you’re a team player with a can-do attitude, we provide you with a fantastic paid training programme so you are well equipped to work in behavioural or clinical services dependent on your personal preferences.

As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide essential support to people with a range of needs, including those with physical disabilities, mental health challenges, or learning disabilities. You will help individuals with everyday tasks, promote independence, and ensure that they receive the highest level of care and support in a respectful and compassionate manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a support role is preferred but not essential.
- A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
Working Hours & Flexibility:
The Individual needs to come first, so we require flexibility when it comes to your working hours. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Sunday on a rota basis with the rest of your team, and can include:
- Sleep-ins
- Waking nights
- Weekends
- Bank Holidays
Pay: £11.50-£14.00 per hour
