Meet the Person You’ll Be Supporting
I am a Lady in my 30s with Learning Disabilities and Di George Syndrome. I do have some challenging behaviours and struggle with my mental health. I need some prompting with aspects of personal care.
What Do I Enjoy?
I love arts and crafts, especially painting. I enjoy walking, helping others, and being social. I also love animals.
What Activities Do I Do?
I like going to the pub with my friends, being active, and attending drama groups. I have done some volunteering which I enjoyed.
What Types of People Do I Get Along With?
I want my staff to be friendly and understanding. I need prompting and clear boundaries to help me build positive relationships and be as independent as possible.
My Goals
Being as independent as possible while feeling safe and supported.
My Team
I’m supported on a 2-1 basis both on the days and waking nights.
