Role: Full-Time Nursery Practitioner (Preschool Room)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: West Wickham, accessible via great transport links
Salary (Level 3) - £26,000 per annum (pro rata)
Salary (Level 2) - £24,000 per annum (pro rata)
Key Requirements- Qualification: Full and relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification (Essential). Applicants with Level 2 and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Nursery setting (Required).
- Commitment: Genuine interest and passion for childcare.
- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Provide quality care and education within a small, family-run setting.
- Foster a safe and stimulating environment for children's learning and development.
- Engage children in activities promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Uphold all confidentiality and safeguarding policies.
