Senior SSAS Client Manager\\n\\nLocation: Manchester, M14\\nHours: Part-Time or Full-Time\\nDepartment: SSAS (Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes)\\nStart: Immediate / Quick Start Available\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nClearcut Accounting is seeking an experienced Senior SSAS Client Manager to join our specialist pensions team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with hands-on SSAS experience who can confidently manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients and deliver a high-quality, compliant service.\\n\\nIf you have a strong understanding of SSAS administration—including record-keeping, AFT returns, event reporting, bank reconciliations, handling investment requests, property transactions, and member benefits—we would welcome your application. Experience in a client-facing capacity is essential.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage a portfolio of SSAS clients, ensuring full compliance with HMRC and regulatory requirements.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out day-to-day SSAS administration including:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Record-keeping and maintaining scheme documentation\\n\\n * \\n\\n Preparing and submitting AFT returns\\n\\n * \\n\\n Completing event reporting and updating HMRC where required\\n\\n * \\n\\n Bank reconciliation and transactional record management\\n\\n * \\n\\n Handling investment instructions, property transactions and member benefit requests\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide technical support to internal colleagues as required.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and stakeholders.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum 2 years’ recent experience working with SSAS administration.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Broad knowledge of SSAS regulatory requirements, HMRC reporting, and pension scheme processes.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience dealing directly with clients in either an administrative or advisory capacity.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability, and communication skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information
