Salary: £29,000 £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (All Year Round)

About the Nursery

A well-established, independent nursery based in Harrow, caring for 40 children with a full waiting list. The nursery is organised into 4 rooms and welcomes children from toddler age through to pre-school (no baby room). The team is committed to providing high-quality early years education in a warm, supportive, and well-structured environment.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding care, supporting children s development, and maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for toddlers and pre-school children
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework
• Support children s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
• Complete observations, reports, and assessments
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and clean environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times

Requirements

• CACHE Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years Educator (or equivalent)
• Minimum 4+ years of nursery or early years experience
• Strong understanding of EYFS and child development
• Confident working with toddlers and pre-school age groups
• Warm, professional, and enthusiastic approach
• Right to work in the UK
