We are a Sheffield based start-up providing expert engineering consultancy to a variety of clients and industries. We primarily focus on engineered product design, and work in a range of industries and contexts from biotech and medtech to water and heavy industry. We have a focus on ethical and sustainable delivery, but that means more to us than just bamboo straws and tote bags - we choose to work on projects that matter, work to deliver the best solution for our clients no matter what, and commit to doing so without compromising our values.
Successful candidates will work alongside our world‑class team to support the design and development of cutting‑edge solutions, systems, and products.
About you
This role has a wide salary and experience range. We encourage exceptional entry‑level applications and are open to excellent candidates with many years of experience. We value drive, culture fit, and a track‑record of excellence and above all else, but the below competencies, interests, and attributes are extremely desirable:
- Self motivated and efficient. Great at setting and fully completing tasks
- Strong background knowledge of engineering and manufacture
- Strong background in programming and automation of tasks
- Experience in inventory management, work in progress, and lean systems, etc.
- A demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, foresight, and risk management
- Experience getting hands‑on with a toolkit
