About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced and organised Bilingual Legal Administrator to join a busy solicitors' practice in Stockport. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within property law or conveyancing and be confident communicating in both English and Romanian. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to solicitors and conveyancing professionals. * Prepare, organise and maintain legal documents and client files. * Communicate professionally with English- and Romanian-speaking clients. * Assist with property transactions and associated correspondence. * Manage telephone calls, emails and client enquiries. * Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality. * Support the efficient day-to-day running of the legal office. Essential Requirements * Previous administrative experience within property law or conveyancing. * Fluent written and spoken English and Romanian. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems. * Professional, reliable and comfortable handling confidential information.
