A welcoming and well-regarded small secondary school in Salford is seeking a Girls’ PE Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP until February half-term, with the potential to extend. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic PE specialist to teach Girls’ Physical Education across KS3 and KS4, delivering both practical and theory-based PE lessons in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

  • Teaching Girls’ PE across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Delivering engaging practical and theoretical PE lessons
  • Maintaining high standards of behaviour and participation
  • Working Monday to Friday, full-time
  • Planning, teaching, and assessing in line with the national curriculum
  • Supporting students’ physical development, confidence, and wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have previous secondary school teaching experience
  • Be confident teaching Girls’ PE at KS3 and KS4
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
  • Be reliable, organised, and able to start immediately
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
