About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Advisors to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, resolving enquiries efficiently, and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Resolve customer issues at the first point of contact wherever possible.
  • Accurately update customer records using internal systems.
  • Process customer requests and follow company procedures.
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when required.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using multiple computer systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using CRM or customer management systems.
  • Sales, retention or complaint handling experience.
  • Experience working to KPIs or service level agreements.
