About the Role: The Communications Team leads strategic thinking around all levels of communication. It sets and delivers the organisation’s vision for digital engagement, video, strategy, design, brand and editorial. Focused on audience‑centred experiences, it supports changing attitudes to human rights, builds a powerful movement, wins victories and drives income generation. The Social Media Specialist delivers AIUK’s social media strategy, tells powerful stories optimised for social platforms, resonates with audiences, connects emotionally, shifts attitudes and inspires action.

Typical requirements include spending 2 days per week in the office or at a location for travel around the country.
